David joins the team as Head Chef, having previously worked under the direction of Rowley Leigh at Le Cafe Anglais for several year and at the Michelin-starred River Cafe.

Riccardo Andreotti - Bar Manager
Riccardo is manager of the three bars at Galvin La Chapelle and Galvin Café a Vin. He was previously Bar Manager at Corrigans Restaurant in Mayfair. Born in Rome, Riccardo has worked at many fine restaurants in Italy including La Pergola at the Cavalieri Hotel and La Collina before moving to London to work at Bentleys Oyster Bar and the Royal Opera House in Covent Garden.
