The Green Man Open Day & a sneak peek to our plans Galvin Restaurants

On 7 November , Chris and Jeff Galvin opened the doors of The Green Man pub in Chelmsford for its first Open Day, giving the locality a chance to take a look around the place as well as at the plans that the brothers have had drawn up for its future.

It was a great day with plenty of people swinging by to say hello and we’d like to thank everyone who did for their excitement about the pub and the very warm welcome they extended. It’s hugely important to all of us that The Green Man is a real British pub and provides a place for the community to come and enjoy themselves and if the Open Day was any indication then it’s going to be just that.

If you’ve missed our Open Day, take a look here at our plans for The Green Man in Howe Street, Chelmsford:

Street View & Car park

We had the pleasure as well to participate at the Annual Chelmsford Christmas Tree Festival on 28 & 29 November. We created a Wicked - The Green Man tree following the theme of 'West End Musical'.

The Green Man will be opening its doors for real in early summer 2016 and we just can’t wait!
