I'd like to take this opportunity to tell you about our involvement with The Real Wine Fair which takes place at Tobacco Dock on April 17th and 18th. The brainchild of our friends at Les Caves de Pyrene, The Real Wine Fair London is a celebration of the labour, craft and skill of small independent vine growers.
This year Galvin Bistrot de Luxe will be one of the 'foodie' offerings alongside people like Salt Yard Group and Ottolenghi. Tom Duffill, head chef at the Bistrot will be cooking both days and I will be on hand too. Plus, keep an eye on our social media channels as we'll have some tickets to give away over the next few weeks.
