To commemorate the great National Day of France, and showcase the very finest of French cuisine, our head chef Tom Duffill and French Chef Vincent Maragone have joined forces to create a celebratory Bastille Day.

Bastille day is a big day on our calendar but this year will be something special, even by our standards. Not only is Tom Duffill, head chef at Bistrot de Luxe, taking a trip to Paris to meet suppliers and gather produce for a rather exclusive Bastille Day dinner but he will also meet Vincent Marangone, celebrated chef of Chameleon restaurant in Paris. The two will then return to London to decide the menu and create a one-off dinner for a Bastille Day like no other!
