We are proud to announce the opening of the new and improved Le Cellar bar at Bistrot de Luxe! Situated downstairs from the main restaurant, Le Cellar has always provided an intimate and engaging space to enjoy a glass of wine from our extensive cellars or range of premium spirits. We wanted to do more though so we’ve refurbished both the bar and the menu – we’ve still got the same ever-evolving extensive selection of wines and champagnes but we’ve added a range of bespoke cocktails created just for Le Cellar by star bar consultant Giancarlo Mancino.

Acknowledged classics like Martinis made with award-winning Konicks Tail vodka or William Chase gin sit alongside new twists on old favourites like our Claypot Negroni – Manchino Rosso blended with VII Hills gin and Nardini bitters or the Espresso Time – espresso mixed with absinthe and caffe’ Borghetti.

Every Thursday - Saturday: 5.30pm until late.
