  • Confirm your membership by clicking on the confirmation email received.
  • Your card can then be used at Galvin La Chapelle, Galvin HOP, Galvin at The Athenaeum & Galvin Green Man.
  • Monitor your points at any time on this page.
  • To collect or redeem points, simply present your card to a member of our team when you request your bill.

Terms and Conditions

  • The Galvin Loyalty Card is not a store card or a credit card. Cards belong to Galvin Restaurants.
  • Galvin Loyalty Cards must be presented before or when you request your bill and is not valid in a conjunction with any other offers
  • The card must been activated by filling in the online form and by clicking on the email received to confirm the activation.
  • Points will only be collected from the moment the card was activated. Galvin Restaurants will not add points from previous visits. 
  • A maximum of 500 points on one visit will be added to your card.
  • Double and Triple point days are valid for bookings up to 8 guests only.
  • To keep track of your points balance check online via www.galvinrestaurants.com/loyalty by entering your membership number on the card into the online points tracker.
  • Galvin Loyalty Cards are individual to the member and cannot be transferred to or from one card to another.
  • Please notify Galvin Restaurants of any stolen and lots cards. Galvin Restaurants is not responsible for any loss of points resulting in your failure to notify us
  • Only points credited to Galvin Loyalty Cards may be redeemed and points may take up to 24 hrs to be credited to an account
  • Points are only valid when the Galvin Loyalty Card has been activated by registration.
