During our wine dinners, we encourage our valued wine-loving guests to experiment, discover exciting new taste sensations and participate in a dynamic and friendly wine culture. Our journey together will take us around the world from top producers & household names to small and diverse labels and boutique producers, and growers. We want to embrace it all, and we'd be delighted for you to join us.

Our wine dinners are held in the Gallery and start at 7pm.

Every Monday evening, our Head Sommelier Gaetano Giangaspero and his team will dip into the wine cellar to select some of the restaurant's finest wines which you'll be able to enjoy with 30% off.

The selection will include famous Chateaux and domaines such as:

Gaetano and his team will guide you through the cellar selection helping pair the  Michelin-starred dishes created by Chef Patron Jeff Galvin.
