The board selection includes produce fromThe Ham and Cheese Co,a delightful couple-owned business near Bermondsey Railway arches. They carefully source small Italian artisans that offer incredibly flavoursome ham and cheese. And also from Lyon - known as the belly of France - we select produce from our friend Colette ‘Coco’ Sibilia, who has one of the best charcuterie counters in all of France.
The Charcuterie counter at Galvin HOP offers simple boards for one or more to share, and will also include boards containing farmhouse cheeses which are ideal for having at the bar or table. With our new wine list made up of wines on tap, natural wines and a choice from our big sister Galvin La Chapelle's list of over 300 wines, you will find the perfect accompaniment to our charcuterie boards.
