Chocolate Week 2016

Galvin Restaurants collaborates with Valrhona chocolate for a range of exclusive Chocolate desserts during London Chocolate Week.

To celebrate Chocolate Week 2016, executive pastry chef Nelson Barros has designed a unique Valrhona chocolate dessert for the following Galvin Restaurants.
Available from 10th to 16th October:

Bistrot de Luxe - Baker Street:
Rich chocolate sponge, white chocolate Ivoire cremeux, 70% Guanaja chocolate ice cream, milk chocolate. Served with a Jivara sheet and hot pouring sauce of Gianduja Azelia

La Chapelle - Spitalfields: 
Chocolate éclair with Caramelia cremeux, Equatorial diplomate, Ivoire chocolate sorbet & Gianduja Azelia sauce

Galvin HOP - Spitalfields:
Guanaja dark chocolate tart,white Ivoire chocolate chantilly,Gianduja Azelia sauce and milk chocolate Jivara curls    
 
Galvin at Centurion - St Albans:
Dark Manjari chocolate ganache, crème fraiche & white chocolate marshmallow

Galvin at The Athenaeum - Piccadilly:
Milk chocolate Jivara baba glazed with dark chocolate Guanaja and Rum, golden raisins, white chocolate Ivoire chantilly & Gianduja Azelia sauce

Chocolate macaroon with Dulcey ganache & chocolate chip scones
