Terms and Conditions

  • The Galvin Loyalty Card is not a store card or a credit card. Cards belong to Galvin Restaurants
  • Galvin Loyalty Cards must be presented before or when you request your bill and is not valid in a conjunction with any other offers
  • The loyalty scheme is not valid for exclusive hires
  • To keep track of your points balance please talk to a member of the management team or check online via www.galvinrestaurants.com/loyalty by entering your membership number on the card into the online points tracker
  • Galvin Loyalty Cards are individual to the member and cannot be transferred to or from one card to another
  • Please notify Galvin Restaurants of any stolen and lots cards. Galvin Restaurants is not responsible for any loss of points resulting in your failure to notify us
  • Only points credited to Galvin Loyalty Cards may be redeemed and points may take up to 24 hrs to be credited to an account
  • Points are only valid when the Galvin Loyalty Card has been activated by registration
